POSITIVE ATTITUDE

For the past 21 years that I have been working in Holistic Health Care, I have found that no matter what I did to improve my health, I needed to change my way of thinking.

My thought patterns were very destructive because I kept rehearsing every negative thing in my life that made me feel small, stupid and insignificant. I did have a lot of hard things happen in my life but I found out that that doesn’t matter. Everyone else does too. I needed to stop the cycle by catching myself in the moment and changing my thoughts to something good, spiritual, enlightening and positive. Sometimes I had to turn on a good movie, read an uplifting book, or turn on soft music. It took time and energy but has been well worth it.

He helps you learn how to change your thought patterns which is essential to being more positive.
